Forums Index: Public forums are open to the general public, and require no extra steps for entry, such as a forum password, or being added to a forum member roster. However, there may be areas within public forums for which you must either earn or request access. Also, if you want to explore the forums more freely, you should visit the Hosts & Members forum and register. It won't cost you anything but time. Forums requiring a minimum age are clearly marked. Their listings are followed by the minimum age they require, such as 18+ or 21+. The contents in these types of forums are usually restricted, and their owner may require other conditions be met, beyond the minimum age, before a visitor will see much beyond the forum's entry page. There are two types of private forums available, and either one may choose not to be listed in the site's main forum index, found on this page. They are . . . Password Protected forums, where the owner has provided their members with a password to gain access beyond that forum's login page. Even if you're logged into the main forum system, you'll still have to log into the forum with the correct password for that forum. Restricted Access forums require you to be a registered member of Hangin Out Forums, and to be on that forum's member roster. If you're not a member of that forum, you'll get a page telling you to contact the owner. You must be registered with Hangin Out Forums before the owner, or their staff, can add you to their forum's member roster.
